BJ & Amy

I attended another wedding this weekend, for a dear friend of mine that I met at church. Mr. BJ Jones met his lovely wife a year ago, and fell in love shortly after. They are such an adorable couple, and I am SO HAPPY for the two of them! The ceremony was hilarious, with many laughable moments (like the minister talking to the groomsmen during the giving of the roses to mothers with his microphone still on!).

We had a good chunk of time to hang out between the ceremony and reception, so we went to Historic St. Charles to hang out and enjoy the beautiful (yet humid) weather.

I had to take a picture of the cake. Look at how beautiful it is!! Both Amy and BJ are big book readers, so it was quite appropriate to have a book as their cake topper. And it was YUMMY!
