Apparently, these are found all over the desert here in Arizona. Fortunately, I have not had any encounters with these ugly creatures. They are really quite small...which probably explains why I haven't seen any yet.
Until recently...
Greg came home from work the other day, and saw this guy OUT OF THE CORNER OF HIS EYE running across the dining room floor. So he caught it for me. Seriously? Yes, seriously.
(Note: Greg has off-white carpeting throughout his house. I have no idea how he was able to spot this tiny thing)
Do not worry PETA and other animal lovers. We let him go later that day:
